I was tossed over purchasing this bag about two weeks prior to a trip I was taking, but I'm glad did. One of the main features I've enjoyed about this bag is the zippered pouch that faces inward on the bag's exterior. This pocket/pouch is great for keeping fare cards, phones, keys, etc nearby for easy access and security purposes. Even though this bag has lots of external pockets, I love that the internal pockets go deep enough that one could tuck away their wallet(s) with confidence However, there are some cons I have about this bag. I wish the tote straps were a bit longer and I wish there was a better way of tucking the backpack straps away when not in use. They just kind of dangle. Although, this bag is convertible, it reminds of a laptop tote.. i was able to store a 3/4 length packable coat in it with a few other things. But the bag can be a little narrow depending upon what your usage is. I don't know how water resistant the bag really is, but I think it'll be fine for keeping your things dry. Overall, I still gave this bag 5 stars across the board. I would have liked to pay just a tad less for it, but I'd purchase it again at it's regular price. It's really nice...but the black lining may be a deal breaker for me. The interior of the bag is like the black hole to nowhere and finding/locating things are going to be a big nuisance. I also wish there were some additional pockets inside the bag, especially a zippered one. There is a nice padded laptop section. The outside of the bag has good pockets. The end ones fit a 16oz water bottle with no problem. My alum thermos fit with some difficulty. You could always leave one of the two pockets in the front unzipped and put a larger container in there. The small top flap, I was pleased to find out, conceals an opening that extends to the bottom of the bag. When I travel I normally carry a notebook of my itenerary, passes, etc., and this is a good location for it. Overall, I think it would work pretty well for me. If the lining was any other color, I wouldn't hesitate to keep it. As it is though, just not sure. I may just keep looking. It's a shame. Update....just cut a piece of cardboard 4x12, covered it with silver duct tape (a sleeve of bright fabric would work too) and put in the bottom of the bag. Fits nice and snug. Doesn't solve it, but definitely helps the black hole problem. Still somewhat concerned about lack of interior pockets though. ... show more

So, I had mine for a little while now. I typically like it on a non-rainy day. It is very spacious and for the price and having a USB port built in is a clever thing. The bag is durable, but not ideal for water resistant. I had to seriously change bags. It's not the best in resistant material, but really is unique as it's having a cool design and I loved the overall functionality of the bag. I enjoyed mine so much, I had to get an alternative style. Mine is held up a lot, but I just don't recommend taking it out on non-sunny days. ( I had my lesson once on it.) The port cable that it comes with does fall out occasionally out of the port. (At least with mine, but it's not a huge deal.) Overall, I would rate this 4 out of 5 stars. What needs to be improved:// Material choice, but for the price it's really still a good buy. It will hold a lot and I like the hidden anti-theft behind your back pouch too. Make the USB cable stay inside the port without falling out. (Some people just get tired of fixing it all the time with bag use.) Also, this bag lacks something to hold your portable charger in place. The quality of this bag Is amazing. Lots of pockets for storage. I’m absolutely in love with my bag I was looking for something to carry around that was fun and durable. The versatility of being able to choose between a book bag and a purse allows me to have more options in outfits as well 😌 love love love. I was initially worried about the thin shoulder straps for the backpack but the stitching was done well I have soo much stuff in my bag and it doesn’t feel flimsy when I wear it as a backpack. Two laptops a small binder two folders a planner two books and a small notebook. Chargers for the laptops AirPods phone chargers my keys lipgloss and there’s still room!!!! Get one! ... show more

It has worked well for a backpack to carry what I need to my shifts at work. A couple downsides - the seam above the front pockets ripped out within 6 months, exposing into the inner lining (I carry a thermos, my wallet, a stethoscope, an empty water bottle and pens/pencils in it, so nothing overly heavy but opening the zippers regularly 3-4 days per week), and the water bottle holders are not very big, I had to buy a skinny bottle to fit them.
