The charging hub has two input/output ports that can be used to charge the batteries from your drone, or they can be used to charge or power an external device through a USB cable. It's nice that there are both USB-A and USB-C ports, but I deducted one star because there is no power adapter included. You need your own power plug to connect this hub via the USB cable. I will probably only ever use this to charge my drone batteries. I don't think I'll ever use this as a power bank because it would deplete the life of the drone batteries. I have power banks in various sizes for my other devices and they are cheaper than drone batteries by far, so I'll deplete their life, and use my drone batteries just for my drone. I suggest you do that as well.

I am new to the drone hobby. In 4 of the 5 pictures, it includes 2 batteries with this product. I purchased it thinking the batteries would come with it as seen in the pictures. This product is only the docking station. I feel deceived. Make sure to read the fine print, and don’t end up like me.

This smart charger unit works well. I’m using it with an 18 Watt power supply and the charge times for a battery are identical to the OEM three-battery charger. The unit doesn’t get appreciably warm. I kind of miss the animated LEDs during charging since you can see how close you are to completion, but that’s just a matter of taste. Its size makes it easy to tuck into whatever kind of case you’re using, and like the OEM charger you can daisy-chain your controller off of it for a charge. All in all it’s a solid device and I’m happy to have it.

I received and immediately put it to work. It is charging well although does it charge fast I am not sure since I left it overnight and it was fully charged this morning. It does have ability to connect either with USA-A or C so both connections are available. It is not bulky or it does not have unnecessary LEDs shining on it. it is only little bigger than the size of 2 batteries the color matches your original battery so that it looks like an OEM. Overall it is doing what it was promising.
