This is one of the best low cost slings on the market and is a great purchase for the price. They have been at this cheap price for some years which is surprising but I'm glad they haven't raised the price. The material is nice and durable enough for pretty frequent use. I've used one for a few years that has had a rifle hanging on it and the material has not started to fray or detortiate in any way yet. It was pretty easy to setup out of the package and use. The webbing used is a nice almost slightly glossy satin esque with a nice shine but not too much, just looks kinda premium. Bought a few of them and some as gifts as well. The adjustable loop is good tactically for shortening and lengthening the sling when you need to sinch it down tighter. Lightweight but durable. Works great

Material is a little reflective at some angles. Is it true Olive Drab? I guess. But it definitely isn’t a color match for Magpul OD Green. The pics don’t show the color in person. Lol. If it was the color shown in these no-processed pics it would be a match. Having said that, the somewhat reflective nature of the material is the only thing that bothers me about it (also not accurately conveyed in the pics). Seems to be rugged material. Doesn’t come with the swivels. The strap loops it does come with are plastic. I think it will be fine. If I could do it over, I would try to find one with a less reflective material. Perhaps it will dull with use and wear. I hope so. I would give it 3 stars, but since it’s only $12, I’m holding at 4 stars.

It's a good cheap temporary sling or a sling for a rifle you aren't using a whole lot. Not the easiest to adjust even though it's considered "quick adjust." It's a cheap sling that works. Doesn't compare to a blue force or ferro but it will get the job done.

So I read through the reviews before ordering, and the only bad review I can make sense of were the folks who received the wrong sling. I get that, but the other complaints I read about, this just was not my experience and I could not replicate the issues some folks complained about. I have this sling mounted on a TPS arms M6 takedown rifle. !st of all, I watched the video to make sre I had the sling properly set up for the quick adjust slide to work. It worked perfectly for me. Easy to both shorten and lengthen. Next I tried the the adjustments at various lengths and the slung the rifle every way imaginable that I would carry it around. Pulled on it, tugged on it, bounced and swung it around, and not once did I have any issues with the sling moving ut of place. I could see if the adjust loop were to get snagged on something it might move up or down then, but I just didn't have this issue. Next complaint I read was cheaply made. I removed from this rifle a magpul single point sling and actually liked the CVLIFE sling better because of the ease in QUICKLY adjusting the sling from longer to shorter. I could also do this while carrying the rifle in the slung position. The magpul is fantastic but does not adjust as easily as the CVLIFE. I must assume people who could not get this to work have it threaded through the buckles improperly? Next complaint was cheap plastic buckles. Well all I can say is I have a magpul sling that I love and also quake claw slings which are about the best for hunting....They both have plastic buckles, and they are fantastic. Webbing was heavy duty, sling had a very wide range of adjustment, which adjusted easily and stayed in place. Stitching was good and solid where stitched, webbing was tube style double thickness. So I have no complaints about the build quality, features, and functions. Where the real kicker was, is when I saw the price. 8.99 at the time of this review. I mean seriously, for a sling of this quality at that price you just can't complain at all!!! I may order the other 2 colors at a buck more because I just don't think they will stay this cheap. I literally see no differnce in build quality between this CVLIFE sling and my magpul rifleman loop sling which does not have a quick adjust feature. Now listen, back when I purchased the magpul sling it was 8.96 which was a hell of a bargain. But for the last year or more it has been 22-32 dollars every time I looked. Once you have the sling looped correctly and adjusted correctly, for 9 bucks I just don't see how this isn't a 5 star item.
