Update: Hard to believe I’ve had this case for more than a year. I still wish the lower edge offered a better fit (staying with 4 stars), but I have to say the case looks as good as it did the day I received it. I often bend the front cover back while I’m reading and I expected to see cracks along the bend—but nope, it still looks great. ———————————- I am replacing a case that no longer puts my iPad to sleep—which I discovered after noticing how quickly the battery drained. So the second thing I did with this case after installing my iPad was test the sleep/wake function, over and over, from every position. It’s perfect. The first thing I noticed was how pretty this flowered case is—it looks like a watercolor painting. I appreciate the smooth finish, which I expect will make it easy to clean and which may be a good thing since the background color is white. I haven’t tested the protective features but it looks sturdy, much like the case I replaced, which I did accidentally drop. I removed one star because it’s not a perfect fit with my gen 9 iPad: the camera and other holes line up but the inside lower edge doesn’t quite fit the way the other three sides do. It’s still a good fit and won’t fall out, just not the perfect fit that was advertised. Overall, I’m quite happy with this case, for the price. And it really is very pretty. ... show more
