Flavor Name: Dirt
My Dirt arrived in a damaged container. I put a generous amount of Dirt on my rib eye and let it sit for three hours before grilling. I pulled it off the grill at 135° and let it rest for 10 minutes. It looked awesome but I couldn’t taste any salt. Two hours later I burped and it tasted like charcoal. I suggest you supplement with real salt.

I am a big fan of sweet BBQ, especially pork. I cannot reccomend this rub enough. My only complaint is it seems to take a lot of rub to achieve a good cover. I feel like I go through half a container nearly to get 1 set of babybacks covered to my liking. However, this could be due to preference. If I could, I'd rate 6 of 5.
