I normally wear a women’s size 7M. This 7 was really big/loose on my feet. I returned for a 6 1/2 and still had to tighten straps all the way. After those changes, they now mostly fit okay. They are a little on the stiff side but wear would probably fix that. I don’t wear them a lot so use a friction rub to help prevent blisters. They are cute, are a nice color and seem well made.
