These replacement ear pads have been great for refreshing my Bose A20 aviation headset. The original pads had worn down, and these made the headset comfortable again. They're made of premium leather with memory foam—soft and cushioning. Fit perfectly, easy to install. Noise isolation is still good. Much more affordable than buying a new headset. A simple fix that extends the life of expensive equipment.

These ear pads are an economical replacement to freshen up your old set of Bose A20 headphones. This package includes enough for two headsets, making them a price of less than half from your regular Sporty or Spruce dealer. Usually, the first sign that you need to replace your old ear pads are when the black rubber begins to disintegrate and leave small black particles all over you after wearing the headset. The aging of the headpads seems to be worse if you operate your aircraft in hot environments. I don't have an A30 headset to test, but I believe these should probably also fit that model even though the description doesn't mention that. The material used in these new ear pads feels very similar to the original ones, and the fit seems quite good. The installation involves stretching and inserting the plastic lip of the pads into the gap in your headset. It is a little tricky at first, but not too difficult to install. Overall, this seems like a great deal to freshen up your headset and get back to punching through those clouds.
