This is a very commodious carrying case and fits my Brother PE535 embroidery sewing machine, with the embroidery unit attached, very well. There is a little room to the left (or right) with the machine in place, but not much. There are many pockets that can be used for several things, including the embroidery frames, as the product illustrations show. I was able to store the sewing machine peddle, power cord, tools, bobbins, threads and more, as well, with room to spare. The hardware on the bag seems pretty heavy duty, though I doubt I will be using the shoulder strap much as I use the bag mostly for storage. When I ordered the case I thought that the price was a little high, but after comparing with other cases and after receiving the case, I think the price is just about right. There was a slight smell to the case when I unpacked it but nothing that lingered or bothers me. The board for the bottom provides necessary support for the bottom. I like the purple color, too. Nice looking, durable, well made, many pockets, fits my machine perfectly. This case was well thought out. I like it as well as my hard cases, but this holds more accessories. When you embroider you need lots of accessories! Highly recommend

I bought this to hold an older Husqvarna Viking Mega Quilter that is roughly 20" long, and this sizable bag is perfect for the job, which most cases on the market are not capable of (just not large enough). The best part is all of the pockets and compartments where I can store the extra items like feet, threads and other notions, etc. There are pockets on the inside top of the bag, one one the front just below the top zipper and a bigger pocket along the front of the bag that can hold so much in the various compartments. I am even able to keep the knee lifter in this bag. Now, all that said, I wouldn't want to carry this particular machine around on my shoulder because it's super heavy and made (in large part) of what I believe is cast iron, but lighter weight machines would be easy enough to carry in this bag - there are adjustable straps to hold your machine in place and there are both hand carrying straps and a shoulder strap that make lugging this around easy. One thing to note is that there is a bottom panel that fits into this bag to give your machine some cushioning (so it's not a hard bottom). The panel is made to be folded in half, which is fine, but for those who see it for the first time and wonder "is this going to be sturdy enough?" the answer from my perspective is yes. The weight of the machine distributes across that panel and so your machine is kept on a soft surface to absorb any sudden bumps or drops. Well crafted case - glad I bought it! ... show more

This case is very sturdy with lots of pockets. It also has a strap on the back for traveling with luggage. I was able to fit my Brother SE 2000 Sewing and Embroidery machine and all the accessories and tools I have for it in the case with room to spare. There are lots of pockets and extra room inside the main compartment where I can fit rolls of stabilizer. There are also adjustable straps inside to keep the machine securely in place. I recommend this bag for anyone who wants a convenient way to tote their machines for travel, class, workshops and more. ... show more
