I love this pan! I always apply baking goop or a baking spray and have had no issues with cake release unless I wasn’t patient with the cooling time. It’s important to let most of the heat escape, ofc. 😅 This pan has never leaked on me and is the perfect size for most of my pound cakes. Because it’s non-stick, I only hand wash and air dry to avoid rust and maintain its appearance. I’ve put some miles on it and think it’ll be good for some time! highly nonstick

VERY NONSTICK worked very well to bake the angek food cake but then upside down on the wine bottle to cool & dry, the pan was too nonstick and the cake fell out and split apart, thankfully it was just for the family! other than that it is an excellent pan its super durable feeling, i recommend it!
