I love this pan! I always apply baking goop or a baking spray and have had no issues with cake release unless I wasn’t patient with the cooling time. It’s important to let most of the heat escape, ofc. 😅 This pan has never leaked on me and is the perfect size for most of my pound cakes. Because it’s non-stick, I only hand wash and air dry to avoid rust and maintain its appearance. I’ve put some miles on it and think it’ll be good for some time! I LOVE this pan! I started making my mom's famous pound cake, and she always used an angel food pan. My sister got the pan, so I had to find a new one. I thought this was one piece when I ordered it, however I'm glad I was wrong. The insert makes it super easy to take the cake out. Nothing has ever leaked out, which I was worried about when I first used it. Every cake I made with this pan has turned out perfectly cooked. I made the exact same cake in a different pan a couple times while I was away. I picked up a similar pan and I thought it was the same material. I was wrong. Those cakes stuck to the crappy pan and cooked the cake unevenly. This will be the only pan I make my pound cake in. I am very careful to follow the directions to preserve the non-stick properties of the pan, and after several dozen uses, it still looks brand new. ... show more
