Would have given 5* if I had known it was not 10" ahead, I only purchased to make an angel food cake for someone, the box mix called for 10 and it was 9 and would overflow. Do not know if they make it larger, but this is a great product and I will use it for something else.

I've been baking for 60 years and this is the best Angel Food cake pan I've ever used. It's excellent quality and has weight to it--not flimsy at all. I use this type pan for many cakes because it's easier to cut pieces. I look forward to my next cake--coming soon! The dealer was very quick putting it in the mail and it was packed well.
