The end pieces seem fragile making it a little tricky to install one of them. The 2nd one fit really well. Our 2 windows were about 1/4" different in width. They look good now.

They were very easy to install and are easy to operate! Zero light comes through the blinds. There is obviously light at the top because my window frame wouldn't allow for inside mount but it is minimal.
