I purchased this because we needed a new dresser for my daughter. The item is actually very nice and easy to assemble. Putting the dresser together was fast and required no extra tools. It does come with a combo tool which makes everything simple. The directions are easy to follow. The drawers are cloth, but it is a heavy duty type of canvas cloth. They have a solid bottom the makes them hold shape and gives them strength. The top is wood and is really sturdy. My only issue is that it is a little small. In my case I was looking for something a little bigger but for the price it really is perfect. Just double check the size before you buy to make sure this is what you want. I definitely would suggest this dresser for anyone in an apartment or even a college dorm. That would be a perfect place to use this dresser. I bought 2 of these dressers at the same time. I put 2 quantities on the same dresser. I received different dressers. They aren't super different but you can tell the coloring is off, one was unalined with some of the holes, one dresser offered extra screws to screw the dresser into the wall while the other one didn't. The one that didn't have the walls screws didn't even mention it in the directions. I don't mind really. They are still really nice and fit really well in my closet. ... show more

This item is a small dresser for light clothing, for a single person, no support in the middle towards the ground or floor in the middle. I wouldn't use this dresser for anything heavy at all.
