    • Beware of flimsy drawer storage and bent parts.

This desk is nice enough for the price. My problem with it has come from the drawers and the drawer slides. First off three of the slides tabs that slide into the frame of the desk were bent inwards making it impossible to put them into the holes. This was an easy fix using a hammer and a screw driver. The slides merely sit into the slots and they move when you pull the drawers out. Second problem is that the drawer bottoms are extremely flimsy and any weight makes the bottoms slip off the narrow tracks. I'm going to have to figure a solution for this in order to use any of the drawers. This is disappointing since the whole reason I picked this desk was for the storage option. Returning the desk isn't an option since it's sorely needed and not feasible to disassemble and return. ... show more

This home office desk was exactly what I was looking for. Following the instructions, it was not difficult to put together. The desk components are sturdy and well made and I had no issues when building it. The desk is big enough to hold a desktop computer and large monitor. The filing cabinet is very nice to have and holds a lot of folders. The desk is not very big, measuring under 5 feet long, but I was able to put everything I needed on top. The media could not be loaded. This is a nice desk for this price point. My teenage son needed a new desk for his room. He and his brother put it together and he’s happy with it. It’s sturdy and doesn't wobble. I like that it has drawers, instead of open shelves, so he can “hide” his stuff in there and make his room look a little more organized. It also has a pocket on the side to store stuff. If you need this desk for an office, the bottom drawer has rods that is meant for hanging file folders. My son won’t use that and the bars will easily slide out of the way. ... show more
