Ommggg these shorts are so perfect! I mainly use them for under my work shorts because I usually get the dreaded chub rub from running around all day, but not anymore! I ordered the 6 inch ones after reading all the reviews that said the shorter ones rolled up right away at the leg area. These ones do not roll on the legs or at the waist. I love how high up they go as well. It smooths everything out and I don’t get that muffin top look anymore. They are a bit long because I do have short legs, but I just pull them up a bit and they stay perfectly in place! I am 5’3 and about 170lbs and I ordered a large and they fit perfectly! The stretch is amazing and I’ve started to also wear them under dresses too. You can even wear them by themselves with a longer shirt and the black ones are not see through. It is an extra layer, so you will be slightly warmer than if you wore nothing, but it’s not that big of a deal. They are kind of that buttery soft feeling, but not fully. I typically buy the Instagram brand Ptula shorts and also own lulu align shorts. Love both of those but hate the price tag!! Bought these to try out based on reviews. Pros: price!! comfortable, nice material, a ton of cute colors, very high waist and good length. Again PRICE! Cons: front seam! I forgot how much I dislike front seams. Def gives you some camel toe. Not the end of the world as I wear large t shirts over them. They are not as compressive as I would have liked. They don’t “suck you in” and sometimes I need that. They show all panty lines!!! Even my seamless. And I hate going commando. Overall I like them and I will keep them and may repurchase but really wish they didn’t have a front seam. Bought a size medium in both 6in and 8in shorts and they fit perfectly! The 6in comes to just about mid-thigh and the 8in about 4 fingers-width distance from the top of the knee. I’m a medium in most shorts (4-8 US depending on the brand but I have a muscular frame so waist to thigh ratio is off), and these shorts are true to size. No waist gap and the legs aren’t too tight. The fabric is high-quality, soft, thick enough so it’s not see-through but moisture-wicking. They are extremely comfortable and have withstood yoga, hiking, and running without moving around too much. Definitely recommend! ... show more

I bought two pairs of these in size Large. One in Eggplant and one in Black. The Eggplant ones are a thicker material and fit true to size. The black ones are a very thin material and run much too large. If both pairs were like the Eggplant then I'd buy several more.
