    • Door Lock Directions Should Specify to Unlock the Doorknob
I had no issues with the directions until I got to installing the lock. The product arrived with only one minor dent in an area that can't be seen unless you're on a ladder. The reason why I couldn't give this product five stars is because of the lock directions. In the manual, the directions for installing the lock only works if the doorknob is unlocked. The doorknob came locked and I left it locked when installing. When the doorknob is locked, the plate that connects the rods and the plate that screws into the rod plate has to be vertical in order for the lock to work. The directions in the manual is for when the doorknob is unlocked. The rod plate and the plate that screws into the rod plate are horizontal like in the manual when the doorknob is unlocked. I would order and recommend this product. Product came well packaged with thick styrofoam encasing the product to prevent damage. ... show more

    • Terrible product. Don’t buy.
It’s very flimsy and the doors won’t lock. Instructions were terrible and took about 4 hours to put together. We should have sent it back.

Not the best directions, but it’s not too bad to figure out. Cabinet seems pretty sturdy and the doors and latch work well. Would buy again.

This cabinet is a good product, exactly as described. The delivery was very fast, and the packaging was excellent. The workmanship is good, with very nice surfaces and hardware. The instructions were okay, but not the best. The black-and-white pictures didn’t show enough detail, especially at the joints. Higher-contrast images or simple line drawings would have been better. The provided screwdriver was very small and low-quality—essentially useless. The included gloves were also too small. Important advice: Be careful when tightening the small screws (L); the threads can strip very easily. Do not use a power screwdriver for this. The cabinet can be assembled by one person. After attaching panels A and B together, lean them against a wall, then attach panels C and D. ... show more
