I bought one for my strat and two for my acoustic. The tweed one for the strat fits the guitar nicely with a little padding. The tweed, while it’s not real tweed, looks vintage and complements the classic surf green color of my strat. The black one I got for my Alvarez dreadnought acoustic is really nice. I like that the top is slightly domed. I don’t know if this was on purpose so you can fit a guitar hydration unit between the strings but it’s really convenient. My old case went flush against the strings so the top of the case pressed down on the hygrometer and the top was hard to close, which was not ideal. This design solves that problem completely. The top closed with no resistance from the hygrometer unit. I liked this feature so much that I ended up buying another for my other acoustic. The hardware on all three cases are pretty robust. At least for the price. Overall I like the quality of these cases. They’re well built, they have a little bit of heft to them, and they don’t feel cheap. But they’re surprisingly still less expensive than some lower quality name brand cases like a Fender, which go for $200. I’ll continue buying this brand whenever the need arises. Great Case. I love the vintage brown leather look with the antiqued brass clasps that hold well and are easy to use. The wine colored short pile soft fur interior is very nice looking, a few glitches in the application but not an area that touches the guitar and you really have to look for the flaws. Slight odor from internal lining and adhesive that will air out fast. The storage under neck is perfect size for accessories. The fit is awesome for my Yamaha FSX800C, which was very difficult to find as Yamaha cases that fit are back ordered to May and possibly later. The shipping was very fast. the box was a little beat during shipping but the case was unharmed. This case will greatly protect your guitar. Highly recommend this case for appearance, fit, value and speed of shipping. ... show more

    • Nice Case for the money
I custom built a number of 000/OM Martin Style guitars. I just needed cases that were somewhat sturdy to protect the guitar with light use. If your specs are close to the Martin specs your guitar will fit. You can go probably fo up to 4 1/2 in. deep in the lower bout. The tweed patter on the case is interesting. It more reminds me of stripes. I feel like it is trying to play tricks on my eyes. But I wanted something other than another black case. One clasp perhaps will give me trouble down the road. The are for the endpin is quite wide and simply is void of padding to allow it to fit with endpin or acoustic pickup. Overall I like it for what I purchased it for. The guitars fit well in it and it was reasonably inexpensive. You would probably not want to get it for heavy travel and use as the clasps might be a little on the weak side. The overall case however seems pretty sturdy. It was exactly what I wanted for the price, perhaps even better. I have only had it for a couple days so I can not make an opinion on how long it will really last, but I am sure it will serve my purpose. I will be keeping it. ... show more

Like another reviewer said, this jazzmasters case is the case that fits all longer/wider than conventional guitars and shorter-than-conventional basses. I got this case for a Squier Jaguar short scale and it's a perfect fit. it even comes with two extra strips of padding for a more custom fit! what I really like: i really like the two neck supports. the bass feels more supported while in the case and being carried this way. the latches and hinges appear beefy and sturdy. I like the way they feel in my hand. I like the way the handle feels in my hand too. the blue interior is a bit darker/purplish than in the picture I took, but it's a very nice shade. i like that there are matching feet on the side and bottom of the case. what I'd like to see improved: the leather on the ends don't feel particularly high quality. it seems that the piping is decorative because the leather and piping aren't totally aligned. I tucked the leather into the piping where I could with an old credit card. I also wish that the foam around the edges is higher density foam, especially on the right side where there is an empty spot for the strap button. when I squeeze the edges with my fingers, it's a bit too easy to depress, in my opinion. I would like to see the edge foam be upgraded in the future to something more high density, like the neck support foam. because of this, I really appreciate the extra strips of padding Crossrock includes. all in all, I'm really happy with this case. I bought it to have a hard case for this 42" long offset short scale bass. I take the bass around town by car but no traveling. I can safely stack the bass in storage and in the car now. I've searched for a long time and I'm so pleased the search is over! ... show more

ATTENTION EASTWOOD SIDEJACK BARITONE OWNERS!!! If you’re looking for a mid tier level hard case to fit your baritone SIDEJACK, this is IT! There’s almost NO information on hard cases fitting this specific guitar (except for the discontinued and now expensive and elusive cases that Eastwood used to make/sell). This Jazzmaster / offset style guitar case fits the Eastwood Sidejack baritone almost like a glove. Tiny bit off wiggle room that’s easily taken up by the included padding fittting strips. Materials and build quality are a solid B - B+ (it’s not a G&G but it’s not 300 bucks either). The Fender Jazzmaster G&G cases DO NOT FIT the Eastwood! Not quite wide or long enough. I tried my brown tolex G&G Jazzmaster case and no go. For the money you can’t beat it. Plus this guitar model is hard enough to find a quality hard case for.
