UPDATE: I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement to the damaged part very quickly. I commend the company for its great service. No issues at all with the chairs - they're very nice. Giving it four stars though because they should consider better and more secure packaging for shipping! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Chairs are decent and what I expected. However, the brand new chair came out of the box with a 4 inch gash on the left tube. The company needs to do something about quality control and how they ship their merchandise. Very disappointed. I'd give it "0" stars if I could. ... show more

These chairs are so comfortable for people in our household both tall and not so tall. They look great in our yard and seem very sturdy. The box was really beat up and even had chunks missing but luckily the chairs escaped damage…no nicks or scratches in the coating.

As many have said before, the courier destroyed the box. It was a joke. After a great deal of inspection, I decided to take a chance. I don't think I've ever seen anything packaged quite like that. Had someone not taken a great deal of time and care with these chairs, packing them correctly, they would have been destroyed. The instructions are a little lacking, a bit of trial and error(s). Worth the price. Rather heavy, in a good sort of way. If it weren't so cold, I would go outside and take a picture... but I'm not.
