Nice idea but poor execution. Sounds good on volume one. Drums are twice as loud as the accompanying built in music and if you want to turn the accompanying music up, the drums become so loud, they distort. Streaming Bluetooth music is equally as challenging, as there is no volume control for the Bluetooth music level. Volume level is one through seven, 2 through 7 are painfully loud and distorted. Practicing with this is pointless as you can’t hear the click in relation to the drum sounds. Definitely a toy.

My son is 6 and likes to play this instrument. I wasn’t going to purchase an entire set of drums because of cost and space. This is the best option for beginners and enthusiast alike. I love I can put it away in a box after he practices.

Pretty sweet! My 2 1/2 yo loves it, and so do I. I couldn't get it to hook up to any of my Bluetooth headsets so I highly suggest buying a 6 ft aux cable or extension for your headset so you have plenty of room to drum without cable getting in the way. I have not gotten around to trying out the MIDI connection yet and will amend review if 8t doesn't work right.
