Easy assembly. I bought the one with transparent (clear glss) shelves. Everything was packaged well, no scratches, no broken glass. The glass shelves are good quality glass not too thin or too thick. Fit perfectly in my small space and blends in well with the decor. I am a senior female and I was able to assemble it by myself with no problems. No tools needed unless you need to secure it to the wall; everything snaps into place just as advertised. I love it! I have hardwood floors so it is very stable; no wobbling. Excellent value for my money! If you have any extra large tabletop type books they will only fit on the top shelf. I ordered 4 of these bc I wasn’t sure how many I would need and ended up returning 2, it takes a full month to receive your refund and even though I returned these to UPS on same day & time they pushed one refund longer. So one was refunded at 4 weeks, the other won’t be refunded until 3/17 which is 5 weeks after I returned them tying up over $200. That is my only complaint so far.
