As a new crochet enthusiast, I have zero experience actually crocheting. Pros: For a beginner this package seemed to have everything needed. There are many videos on the companies youtube page that walk you through each animal. The needles and Yarn seem to be durable and worked well. The amount of time and complexity are great for keeping my brain active. The resulting animals are so cute and I have the added satisfaction of knowing I made them. Cons: Not many, The instructional videos seemed a bit fast for me, I watched at 75% speed and was fine. The packaging was a bit thin and could easily get damaged and cause the inside product harm. I bought three more kits! Best value.

Tried other kits out and they were fun and cute. Thought i’d give this one a try since it was on discount at the time… a MISTAKE. I could not complete this kit — Not enough yarn to make them. Made the head and ran out of yarn three rows before finishing the body! Nothing left for the feet, ears and tail. This was on BOTH colors. Very disappointed. Could totally make one cat that’s tuxedo if you wanted to mix colors, but not as advertised. Lastly, The tutorial videos were decent, but not really a walkthrough tutorial. They only show the start/end segments, so trying to follow along made it somewhat hard with having to pause constantly.

The kit doesn’t come with enough yarn or stuffing to make 2 cats, the instructions are good and the video tutorials are very helpful. In the instruction manual it shows much larger yarn bundles than what is given and I will have to buy more yarn. The heads come out much bigger than pictured and maybe this is why. I think if the head was made smaller there may be a chance that the given yarn would be enough. I may try this for the second cat and see how it goes, making this in reverse and ending with the head.

Cute set, directions are good if you are learning and easy to follow. This is my first time making anything like this with a kit. The type of yarn is easier to work with then the kind that fray apart. I gave this a one star because the kit doesn't come with enough yarn to finish a cat in the same color, i even puled it all out the first time and did tighter stiches so i could get one done all the same color, still not enough yarn. I contacted support twice with no response. I missed the return date or this would have gone back. There is also NOT enough stuffing for both cats, only enough to stuff one, and not even as stuffed as I would have done. I had to order more of this type of yarn and stuffing just to finish these two cats. False advertising, can only complete one two color cat. Probally will stay away for this company since no support reply after a week and a half

This kit does not give you enough yarn to finish two cats you have to make one black and white cat and I'm pretty sure the pattern was created with AI because the head is horribly marshmallow shaped. I am not a beginner to crochet but I did want to test the kit. I even pulled it out several times and started again just to see if it was something I did wrong
