I had a cricut explorer 3 and I purchased this item for travel and I absolutely love it. It is so convenient. Even at home, if I do not have to set up on my big cricut I will use this one instead. The only bad experience I had with it is that I would not Bluetooth to my desktop but I got over it.

I liked this little machine but it is tiny. After reading lots of reviews and debating, I bought this one. I just returned it and got the Joy Extra. So don’t make a mistake. Just get the bigger one. You’ll be glad you did. Also, the Cricut Design Space isn’t very user friendly. Hard to figure out everything. I think I’m fairly techy too. There’s classes, of course, but most of us just want to make something quickly. So that part is disappointing. And you have to pay for full access too, which I think is expensive if you’re not fully into everything. ... show more

Buying the joy have helped me in cutting costs from having to purchase my vinyl cutouts from someone else when I can do it myself. My only con about this product would be it keep disconnecting from my Bluetooth so I have to unplug it and plug it back to get the Bluetooth to connect to do my prints.
