The machine itself is great. The bundle advertises it comes with a whole "toolkit", but only actually contains 1 pen and 1 mini weeder. I reached out to customer service, and while they did offer to send me a new bundle and ship back this one for free, it's not worth the hassle just to get the toolkit. Not even sure if that would fix the problem; the sticker on the box states it contains the toolkit, but it's not listed on the "contents" list in the manual, nor the internal packaging. ... show more
