Did not work for me! The load button was flashing when i tried to make a cut so i pressed it as instructed. (THE FIRST EVER! AFTER I OPENED!) and the load button was not feeding the paper into the machine. I did everything to restart it and it continued doing the same thing.

It looks great, looks like it’d be so simple to use..the way that they display it and have these short little videos, but they don’t go into detail and don’t tell you how to get comfortable using it. I’m pretty tech savvy. I mean I’m pretty good. This thing has got me to the point where I want to throw it out the window. It is not in any circumstances easy to use. They make it look like it, but they don’t tell you how to get to those steps that’s gonna make it easy to use. Several times, if I was strong enough, I’d throw it out the window because it’s very,very frustrating. I couldn’t even began to answer some of the things like the quality, the speed, it’s value for your money. well at this point it isn’t, It’s just sitting there collecting dust because it is very hard to operate.
