I cannot say enough good things about this purchase. I have wanted one for years and years. Finally went on sale Black Friday so I took the leap. I have since made so many projects for many different reasons. They’re very user friendly. I’ve had no issues with cutting although I’m probably due for new blades. It needs 10” behind the machine so it does fit on a small desk perfectly. While it does cost a chunk upfront, overall it’s been cost effective from the amount of money I’ve saved making my own custom items rather than purchasing them. ... show more

The quality is cheap, it didn’t function as advertised, and it started breaking down after just a few uses. The instructions (if any) were confusing, and customer service was unhelpful when I reached out. For the price, I expected at least basic reliability—but this was a total letdown.
