  • So...Cadillac is making ultrasonic cleaners now.
My headline is said a little tongue-in-cheek, because obviously this isn't "Cadillac" but rather "Creworks". But to say this Creworks ultrasonic is "the Cadillac of ultrasonic cleaners" would be an apt metaphor, because it is, indeed, the creme de la creme. I own, lets see, 5 or 6 ultrasonic cleaners, of various sizes, and this one is by far my new favorite. If you're wondering why anyone would need so many ultrasonic cleaners, the answer to that is simple. Not all things require a large ultrasonic cleaner, and not all things can fit in a small one. I clean airbrush parts in my smallest ultrasonic cleaners, I clean bolt carrier groups and pistol slides in my 4.5L or my 6L, and I clean larger items in my 15L I keep in my garage, things like carburetors and brake calipers. This 10L is a very nice "in-between" size...in between the small 2-6 liter cleaners and the giant 15L+ cleaners. There's a LOT you can fit in this ultrasonic. Glasses, smaller car parts, gun parts, radio controlled car parts...personally, I plan to use this one a lot to clean laboratory glassware. It fits my 500mL Buchner funnel perfectly, and there's no better way to clean a Buchner funnel than with an ultrasonic cleaner. It comes out sparkling. My AR-10 BCG fits, no problem. So will the upper or the lower (if you remove the buffer tube of course). In terms of features...gosh...I'm pretty sure it has all of them. It has a 300 watt heater, which works really well, but large volumes of liquid DO take some time to heat. Creworks understands this and gave it the ability to pre-heat before you start vibrating. If you're using plain water, it's a good idea to start with super-hot tap water first, you'll save yourself a LOT of time heating things up. Ideally, turn it on and hit the "preheat" for about a half hour or so before you're ready to get started. That way when you're ready to go, so is the ultrasonic cleaner. It has all kinds of nice touches. The inner SS tank is obviously lined with some kind of sound deadening material, because it's very solid feeling and sounding. The build quality doesn't end there, either. If you read the description, under "Stable Operation" it says it has "multiple dissipation holes". That makes it sound like it's just air cooled, right? And like most cheap ultrasonic cleaners, it's going to burn out in a few months, right? No sir. Creworks didn't do their own product ANY favors by leaving this part out of their description, OR providing you a photo, but this doesn't rely on "dissipation holes", it's FAN COOLED. And I mean PROPERLY fan cooled, not some rinky dink fan that looks like they tried but failed. See the included photo. Creworks should really include this fact in their description - many folks would be happy to know this is properly cooled. With what I THINK is a 90 or 92mm ball bearing fan. Very nice. And no, it's not too loud. Also, the power of the ultrasonic transducers is adjustable. This is a VERY rare feature. You just turn the dial. Even the lid of this ultrasonic is better than my other ones. I keep rubbing alcohol in one of my ultrasonics because it's a good cleaner for many things. But it tends to evaporate if I don't tape the lid shut, lol. The lid on this Creworks has a foam seal! So your solvents won't just escape into the atmosphere (provided you don't leave the lid off). Very, very nice. Long story short, this is my new favorite ultrasonic cleaner. Bar none. They call it a "professional" and they're not wrong. This would be at home in an upscale jewelry shop (the adjustable transducer power being GREAT for delicate jewelry) or an auto shop. it's literally one of the best ultrasonic cleaners I've seen or used. And with the heavy duty cooling they built into it, it should last a long time! Creworks, you should mention the quality active cooling in your description *hint hint*. I can't praise this ultrasonic cleaner highly enough. It is the "crown jewel" of my ultrasonic cleaner collection, and if I like it as much as this, I think you just might, too. I give this beautiful piece of equipment 5 stars and heartily recommend it. ... show more

  • Great size for cleaning large parts
This is great tool for cleaning mechanical parts and tools. The chamber size for cleaning is great and the instructions are very good. Easy to set up and use. Its also very well-packaged. Currently, I am only using water to clean jewelry and some small tools but with the proper cleaning solution, you can do so much more. ... show more

  • Works great
I hope you can see from the pictures what a great job this versatile ultrasonic cleaner did on a barrel and slide of a handgun. It took a while to heat the tank of cleaning solution (a product easily found, including Amazon) to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. After it reached the temperature, the cleaning cycle was 20 minutes. I think it did an excellent job. ... show more

  • Medical Quality.
I ordered this, not for the conventional use, but for cleaning of gun parts, small machinery parts, and electronics. Many of the parts I am cleaning are truly and deeply encrusted with some of the most stubborn types of greases, oils, carbon and other various deposits. With a decent solvent mixture, so long as the part fits in the tank, this machine was able to get things cleaned up nicely. I've been able to get some gun barrels cleaned that haven't been cleaned in years, and it has returned them to a pristine state of clean. If this machine can handle what I'm throwing at it, then it can certainly handle what normal applications you might have. Oh, the heated solution also makes a BIG difference, but if you're going to use a hot water/solvent mixture, start off with hot water and save the wear and time on the machine. ... show more

  • Creworks Professional 10L Ultrasonic Cleaner, Solid Ultrasonic Cleaner providing great value.
This ultrasonic cleaner is incredibly easy to use and functions as a great heater. I initially used distilled water to clean carb parts and various small metal items, and the results were remarkable. Items that were previously difficult to clean by hand came out looking brand new and shiny. It's a huge time-saver compared to traditional cleaning methods like soaking in diesel and hosing off. The unit itself is well-built with stainless steel construction. which is now working flawlessly. Now comes the enjoyable task of reassembling all those ultra-clean small metal pieces back where they belong! ... show more

  • Creworks Professional 10L Ultrasonic Cleaner
Great cleaner. Is an actual ultrasonic cleaner (there are, sadly, fakes out there). Metal construction with basket, drain hose, and a nice drain and valve setup that doesn't stick way out of the cleaner like most other brands. Works great in my initial tests. Love it.

  • Easy to use
So far, I have used this to clean jewelry, glasses/sunglasses, and small antique trinkets. The machine is very easy to figure out and has adjustable settings depending on your preference. It definitely did an amazing job thoroughly clean my items, getting into every crevice that I couldn't have ever possibly been able to get cleaned by hand. It isn't too noisy either, I keep this in my basement and can't hear it at all when it's running. Great product! Make sure to purchase solution as well, there are plenty of options less than $10 on amazon. ... show more

  • works really well
i genuinely underestimated how large this is. its bigger than a standard crockpot for reference. it works really well and it's really easy to follow the instructions. i wish it came with solution but if you use the quick setting, water works fine for lightly soiled pieces.
