    • Works really well
I took the advice from another reviewer and spread out the treatments. I did them once a week for 4 weeks. I am so glad I did because my teeth and gums were aching for 2 days after each treatment. My teeth were noticeably lighter w each time and by the 4th treatment I was at a shade of white I was happy with. I didn’t want to take it to bright white. I was looking for a natural off white color which the 4th treatment got me to. The strips were really easy to use. The only concern I had is that the bottom row of my teeth realigned after not wearing my retainers after getting my braces removed. (If you have braces, wear the retainers!!!!!!) But it was fine though. When placing the strip on my lower row of teeth I made sure that the strip made contact with each tooth. The only annoying thing is keeping them in your mouth for an hour. The drool situation was gross. The solution I found was to just lay on my back for an hour and 5 minutes (the light). I highly recommend this if you’re looking to lighten/brighten your teeth.     • Some tingles but it's ok with my method
So it works. Whitens my teeth and the blue light worked for me. Just use it right after you buy it. Some other reviews says they bought it and didn't use the light/strips until a month or so later. I will admit, the gums did tingle a lot on day one, but I didn't do it on day two. Redid the strips on Day three, then took a break on day four and five. Then on Day 6 I resumed, and continued with Day 7, 8, and so on. The tingling became less noticeable due to the breaks in the first few sessions. In the end, it worked for me and beats wearing these things for 20plus days like the other kits they have. Now, I'm able to smile without shame and ridicule. =D ... show more

Product worked as intended for me. Noticeably whiter teeth, so much so that I received multiple compliments on how white my teeth were. I experienced a little sensitivity for a couple hours right after treatment, but not bad at all. It did not impact my day to day and sensitivity did not last long.

Wish I had taken before and after pics. I had mild staining on my teeth from coffee/tea and I used this product to see if it would make a difference & it did. I could definitely notice a difference at the end of the 10 days. Sure your teeth don't get super white but they are much whiter than when you start. I’ve used different whitening kits and different Crest strips over the years. Mostly, they’ve been just “okay” and usually some included some degree of tooth sensitivity. This kit however, lives up to hype. It is very, very easy to use and produced noticeable results for me after the first use. Then it got better with every successive use. The taste is minimal and not the least bit distasteful. I am shocked at how good this kit is! I definitely recommend this teeth whitening kit. I know it isn’t inexpensive, but it’s worth every cent.
