  • Good dive bag.
This is an easy to store and transport mesh gear bag. It folds and tuck small for packing. I used it 6 days stowing and transporting my Regulator, BCD, full size Fins, Mask, snorkel, light, GoPro, and other assorted gear. When deployed, it will handle a fair amount of gear. When stowed it’s the size of a maybe 3 folded extra large t-shirts. The stow bag becomes an outer (wet) bag with a drain hole. At the mouth of the mesh bag is a semi dry bag, perfect for stowing a phone, glass case, and other objects you want to protect from splash or over exposure to moisture. It will not hold up to submersion, but on the boat deck for 6 days 2 tanks a day, it kept whatever I put in it dry. The back pack straps worked well for hoofing it to the pier and boat and back to my room. Overall this was a good purchase. Recommend. ... show more

  • Great bag!
Purchased this bag to use as a laundry bag and it is great! Super sturdy, holds lots of laundry, and easy to carry. It was so great we bought two more!

  • Nice size for snorkel/scuba personal equipment. Probably fit a bc and regulator too.
The size wasn’t too big. It fits small across the back where the back pack straps leave to go over your shoulders.

  • Don't know what I would change
Ok, this is cool. It collapses to very small when not needed. Is large enough to hold fins, mask, and snorkel for two. This will make our snorkeling adventures much easier.

  • Great heavy duty large gear bag
This HUGE bag can easily carry everything a small family needs for an afternoon of snorkeling. I fit 3 sets of BIG fins, 3 masks, 3 snorkels, 3 pairs of booties, 3 pairs of gloves, floats, first aid, and some emergency items, as well as a few waters, towels, etc. It’s very heavy duty from the mesh, to the seams, zippers, straps…everything. My only complaints are: inside pocket is small, backpack straps are close together (I’m a BIG guy), the main opening is SO heavy duty that it can get bunched up making it a 3 or 4 second process to close the main opening, vs. a simple 1 step, 1 second closure process. I love the heavy duty handle at the top. I like this bag so much I may buy another one just to use as a beach bag. ... show more

  • It could have been great
This is a really full featured bag to carry a bunch of snorkels, fins and masks to the beach, along with a few other things tossed in. It comes in a pouch that becomes a pocket of the pack when you invert it. Very clever. The capacity, at least for us, was two entire adult sets of mask, fins and snorkel with two beach towels and the GoPro kit. We used it to go to a variety of sites on Maui, including Black Rock and Honokohau. Both of them have moderate walks from where we started in each case. Black Rock is 1.1 miles from our condo and Honokohau is .3 miles from the parking area. Not challenging walks in themselves, but a bit more challenging if your backpack is bumping against your butt with every step. The issue is that the attach point for the top of the straps is right at the top of the bag. The bag is long - longer than my torso (I am 5' 7" tall). So, even with the straps fully tightened, it has a tendency to bounce. Not a killer defect, but a defect nonetheless. There is a second defect, in my opinion, in the design. The top of the bag is narrower than the body. It is not so narrow that I can't get the gear in, but it makes inserting things like fins tougher than it should be for a pack this size. It has that feel of form over function that they did this, and I've seen this on other Cressi gear, notably a mesh bag for one of our snorkel sets. The bag was tapered and narrower at the top - it might be part of their design handbook, which I would say they should then change. Other than that, sturdy, holds a lot and looks good. I'm not going to get rid of it, but if I was out buying or recommending a bag for this kind of use, I would search for something a bit more optimum. If you are given one like I was, it's serviceable and you just need to recognize the shortcomings above. Of course, if you are 6' 6" tall, maybe it will fit perfectly and you'll be happy! ... show more
