We ordered this kit in advance of a vacation. It's a great starter kit- the mask seals quite nicely on the face, and is comfortable to wear for long periods. The snorkel also works very well- very little effort required to breath through it or clear it, and the dry snorkel valve does a great job keeping water out of the snorkel. I have a fairly large face- my partner has a smaller face and the mask didn't fit as well for her. It's worth noting that the mask is good quality tempered glass, but is NOT anti-fog coated. Get some good long lasting anti-fog coating and apply it before you hit the water. Overall though this is a great kit to start snorkeling with. I got two of these one for me and one for my husband. Mine works great but my husband’s not so much. I have more of a round and flat face shape while his face is skinnier. Whether this works for you or not will depend on your face shape as well. The mask will get foggy is you don’t use an anti fog product. The mask strap had a slight crack or tear - it broke off while I was trying to adjust it in the Caribbean Sea. The mask fell off my face and sank. It swept away with the current and I was unable to find it. I purchased it the week before the trip so it was within the 30 day window. However I cannot return the item for a refund. The Amazon Customer Service agent told me it will only give a $10 credit. What else can be done? Please respond Amazon. ... show more

It did the job but had to always finger wipe it clean to clear up the fog. Pulled back my hair so no strands got in nor water. Tried soap water, spit and the spray for the fog but nothing worked. Also tried where it sucked my face to don’t allow air in. Another thing was the clamp for the mouth piece did not like. Did not have a secure one. My husband had a different kind (same brand) but different model where it had a secure clamp to the goggles. It was ok did the job with some inconveniences but I had a good time and loved the color of them! ... show more

We took these on vacation to Curacao and had amazing luck using them all week. The mouthpiece became a little uncomfortable on the gums after prolonged use, but nothing unexpected. Great quality!
