This is a high quality heating pad for the elbow. It comes in one size that is adjustable to accommodate most people, and it fit my elbow quite well despite the large size of my arm, thanks to the adjustable velcro straps. The power cord for this pad is 9.6ft long, comes in two pieces, and includes an in-line remote with a small, easy to read LED display and control buttons. Putting on the cuff is simple and may be done with one hand. Using the inline controller, I can choose one of three temperature settings (low, medium, or high) and set a timer for 15, 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes. I loved how the cuff quickly reached the desired heating level. The cuff is not thick, which may contribute to it reaching high temperatures quickly; it also helps to make the cuff more flexible; the inner part of the cuff is very soft, and it is comfortable to wear for an extended period of time. A little spray bottle was included in the box, which was most likely used to mist water into the inside of the cuff if you decided to employ moist heat therapy.

The media could not be loaded. I've got tendonitis in my right elbow so I've been wearing this elbow heating pad in the evenings to help soothe the searing pain. The speed at which the pad heats up is impressive and on high it's almost too hot but I prefer the intense heat. (Medium and low are also options and do a fine job of lowering the temperature as expected.) There's a remote built onto the cord and it's simple to use (as shown in my video). It consists of a power button and when turned on it defaults to 15 minutes and medium heat. The up button raises the temperature to high and the down button drops it to medium and low. The button with the clock symbol on it allows the user to adjust the timer in 15 minute increments all the way up to 90 minutes. The inside of the pad is very soft and comfortable and the outside is tough and durable with a net-like fabric over the elbow joint. Two large straps with velcro underneath allow the wearer to adjust how tight the pad is, and the straps adhere to a large surface below and above the joint. I've found the heating pad to be most comfortable when I keep my arm straight so it's best if, while wearing it, I do something that doesn't require me to use my right arm. When I try to eat or use my laptop with the pad on, my skin pooches out of the center hole and isn't very comfortable. While very soothing and helpful for my pain, this loses a star from me because of the cord. I wish it were cord-free because, even though I'm on a tether that's about 11 feet long, I can only sit at my dining room table or on the floor against a wall while wearing the device. I've also forgotten about the cord and jumped up to use the bathroom or to answer the door only to be instantly tugged back by the thin cord. If this were cordless AND if I could comfortably bend my arm, the elbow heating pad would snag that final star. That said, this is a great product and I do highly recommend it for elbow pain.

This is a winner to delivering useful heat to elbow area. Could feel immediate heat when I set it to high, and it has stayed at the same intensity for first 5 minutes, then I had to lower it to medium as I felt the heat building up to a point it might cause a burn. I don't mind that as I like that I can get real heat, but it also is inline with the manufacturer warning not to sleep with this on, and also to check frequently on skin condition as it may burn. I prefer to do that than to get a heating wrap that is too weak to be useful. I also like that it is a complete wrap around, that means when my elbow is healed, then I can use it for other areas as forearm, knee, calves and get to apply heat that makes a difference. I also love the inner lining that feels like soft velvet and makes for good comfort. I found the cord itself, that is 2 pieces from the temperature controller, to the outlet plug, to be good length. The only thing I didn't like was that the plug end is one of those tall rectangular plugs that can make a clash with other plugs and that it is only 2 prongs, and that's not really a deal killer because this seems to be common plug for a lot of devices.
