The wagon looks great, but if I knew there was this much plastic in what I believe to be critical moving areas, I would not have purchased this wagon. I've included pics showing with a pointer where some of the plastic parts are located. The zippers on the wagon aren't heavy duty; my wind breaker has stronger zippers. One zipper is a double and I haven't figured out the benefit of that; one slides up, then the other closes what was just opened, but against the zipper's grain-it's forced, they don't work in tandem. There is no handle on the storage case. The fabric is too thin and would rip under the weight of the wagon. The zipper over the wagon's pull handle needs to be opened to move the wagon while in the closed position. The storage case is good for storing the wagon's floor and canopy and to keep the wagon dust free. Amazon description shows 150-lb limit; instructions with the wagon shows 165-lb limit. The large wheels are great, but they feel and look more like hardened plastic, almost rubber. Product description shows it comes with a rear basket and removable cooler; sadly, these are not included. It doesn't show the storage case is included and it is included. The wagon liner consists of two layers of fabric with some type of fabric or foam sewn in between. The wagon is large and will come in handy for hauling stuff. Only time will tell, if the plastic parts will last. I hope those parts are replaceable, if needed. ... show more

Update: I received a phone call and message from Brian. He assured me he would help to fix the problem. Pending parts we shall see. I received this product and it was clear that someone else had this before me since it was put together by different boxes and a half a thing of packing tape around it. I was already nervous when I saw the state of the box. Then I proceeded to open it. There were instructions in there randomly on how to remove without damaging parts.... when pre opened how exactly does that work?? I eventually got it opened. Can't find all the parts....I spent $431 to find food crumbs from Lord knows what or where or when. Seriously disgusting and shameful. I could have purchased used at a quarter of the cost for old crumbs and missing parts. My option is to return? How am I to get it back into the random boxes that came in pieces to begin with? And being disabled trying to haul it to be returned?? Do better! ... show more

I’ve been researching a lot of stroller wagons and the most important feature was to find something compact yet with wheels that can easily maneuver through crowds and small spaces. This was a great purchase. I had my 2 younger boys sit inside the wagon and we went to the aquarium. It was an easy push. My husband loves how it was easy to close/open. And small when closed so it doesn’t take up much space in the garage or car trunk. Another plus to this stroller is that the wheels are easily detached. We are going to try to bring this on the airplane for a trip and it’s about the size of a carry-on without the wheels. Let’s see if that works :) Also, customer service was very quick to send a replacement part when one piece of the handle broke bc we didn’t ensure the handle was closed correctly. Tommy took care of it and replacing the part at home was very easy. ... show more

It seems strong enough to carry my 3 kids. The included instructions are extremely vague, and the pictures are confusing, so I had to call the number to get better instructions for assembly. Once I got it together, I loved it. It's very maneuverable, and it will fit in my car easily. My kids love it! ... show more

the solid rubber tires are great. either the front or back pair (can't remember exactly which one) slide in and out so that when the cart is open, all 4 tires are out beyond the cart which makes it very stable and won't tip over. used it yesterday at a LAX tournament. Carried a large pop up tent, RTIC mid size cooler, 3 folding chairs and a beach bag. used bungee cords to hold it all on the cart. very smooth to pull. ... show more
