The poles that you use cot the canopy broke off. I can't just screw then back in. The end of them split I had only used the canopy part 2 times before they broke. I was just walk in a store and my daughter noticed they fell off. Otherwise it's been amazing

This is a nice item. It should automatically come with the rain cover. I wished all 4 wheels would turn a 360 not just the front wheels. The bottom is very hard. no pad for the little ones to sit on. Gift for grandson but really for the parents!! They love that itโ€™s easy to maneuver, pushing instead of just pulling like most wagons, save space in garage just fold and store til next ride. All the bells and whistles so it can be used for daily strolls around here block, beach, and other events. My grandson loves the 360ยฐ view. He doesnโ€™t miss anything going on around him. Love, love this wagon!! It is so great to use as a Nanny, single mother, and Aunt. Real sturdy and since it folds up it basically lives in the car so we can always have it with us. The few times I take it out, I can slip it into the coat closet. Kid's love to have shade, bigger kid's enjoy pushing the smaller one's since it has that option. Grateful for the seatbelt's and little pockets to hold odd's and end's. So glad for durable big wheels. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the 2 back wheels are together in the middle and not on the outside like the other two, so IT CAN TIP OVER. I figured out how to turn it sharply without it tipping but when the kids pull/push I always walk on the side just incase. Also be careful on uneven ground. I like that I can push it and see what the kids are doing. My arm got really sore pulling my old wagon. There isn't much padding so I put a blanket for them to sit on. A stroller is a lot easier for bringing toys with us to the park. Also our other one has seats to sit on. I'm going to figure out a way to put seats in it. The sun canopy is a must. Our other wagon has one and I wouldn't be without it. ... show more

The wagon is well made and very sturdy. It has a lot of different additional option for purchase. Which I purchased. The one thing that I am not happy with is that I purchased the wagon with chrome wheels and rubber tires. I was sent a wagon with black plastic tires. I tried several times to contact the company for them to fix this issue and no one has returned my calls, nor has anyone replied to my emails.
