I may need to contact Creality personaly and find out if they offer a MY lifetime warranty. This thing hasn't breathed a sigh of relief other than when I am work and it finishes before I do (that's what she said). I love this thing. I am just getting started with it, but I have decorated and adorned with useful things, my entire apartment, and while I think it is rather cheesy to do so, everyone loves it, and are impressed with the idea that they too, want to buy one. 5 stars aren't enough, and I have the small one. Grab this guy, hug him tight, and tell him you love him... they only come around once in a blue moon.

Creality won’t respond . I’ve had this printer for one month and have replaced almost every part. Of course by the time I had enough, I was out of the 30 day window for return. I have tried to call the customer service to try and troubleshoot the issues with no answer I have sent several emails with no response. Save your time and money and go with a different printer. Reliability and customer service is non existent. I would give a lower score if I could.

I started printing with a CR-10. Then I got a Lottmaxx Shark. Then an Ender 5, a Bambu Lab A2 and finally this, a K2. So I can tell you first hand how much 3D printing has improved over the years. I'm so used tot he fuss of setting up my 3D printer and then fighting with it tooth and nail to make it work properly. The K2 worked right out the box. No adhesion issues, no leveling the bed, no irritating little settings here and there. Set it up, hook it up load a filament and go. This thing is amazing. This and the Bambu Lab A1 are my go to recommendation for getting into 3d printing. The cr10 was $400 dollars back in the day. and it didn't have fifth of the features this does out of the box.

Purchased 3 different 3d printers for my 12yr old’s first ever 3d printer!! The first printer I purchased (anycube kobra combo) was far too advanced for being brand new to 3d printing, so it was returned. The second printer I purchased was this Creality K2 (without CFS) which I would’ve given 5 starts however I also returned this printer. As it was having so many issues, requiring hours of tinkering time, failed prints, and lots of tangled filament. Therefore I also returned it. Now my 3rd and final printer is the Creality K2 combo, which is essentially the exact same printer, with the addition of the CFS. Which I would say is 5 stars! No more tangled filament, successful prints and far less tinkering time required!

1have had the printer for 4 days and still can not use! First a broken piece in the back of the printer then keep getting error codes everything i try to print. Just frustrated with this item!!!! Waiting for customer service to reach back out
