I started printing with a CR-10. Then I got a Lottmaxx Shark. Then an Ender 5, a Bambu Lab A2 and finally this, a K2. So I can tell you first hand how much 3D printing has improved over the years. I'm so used tot he fuss of setting up my 3D printer and then fighting with it tooth and nail to make it work properly. The K2 worked right out the box. No adhesion issues, no leveling the bed, no irritating little settings here and there. Set it up, hook it up load a filament and go. This thing is amazing. This and the Bambu Lab A1 are my go to recommendation for getting into 3d printing. The cr10 was $400 dollars back in the day. and it didn't have fifth of the features this does out of the box.

Do not buy this product. You have been warned. Died after 6 uses and support will buy time by asking you to do things unrelated to the issue, close your ticket on you and then tell you the ticket never existed and make a fake ticket and not get back. Support does nothing but tell you someone will get back. It’s an expensive mistake no one will help fix.

This printer works very well, the software has a learning curve to it. I am very technical but it took a lot of work to figure out how to set up fillimnt that didn't have rfid chips to self identity settings to the printer. From day one I got mostly good print's, the cfs wastes a fair bit of filament every color change but works well. The camera allows you to monitor it from the app and takes time lapse videos. My wife isn't very technical with this type of stuff and she surprised me and was able to figure it out. The wifi works well and the print quality is excellent. This is a great printer. If you buy the otter scanner from them beware it is tricky to learn and doesn't actually come with the handle (wireless bridge/battery pack). Without which you can't do wireless scanning, mirror to phone, or use the phone app for scanning even if you plug it in with usbc

Good value, beginner friendly. Just remember if you are printing PLA, you need to take off the top, so 2nd print should be a riser with vents, after printing the side filament holder. Also you should print a filament guide because the angle is pretty steep at the hot end. Very easy to upgrade to multi-material printing, just have to keep in mind the filament enters from the top after the mod.

The CFS is really nice but the printer is extremely unreliable. It feels good, it's sturdy, but I experienced a new issue every few days even printing even basic parts. Eventually it just gave up, throwing a nonsense error which leads to the 2 star rating. Creality's customer service is abysmal. Like, dog water bad. Their phone based customer service directs you to send an email, and it takes them around a week to read your email and send you to the same wiki the printer did. I had to have mine replaced by Amazon due to creality's poor customer service. Also their web interface you have to use is littered with ads, and isn't intuitive at all. As a first step into 3d printing, I highly recommend you stay away from this. It looks good, it feels good, it's unreliable
