I've been using this for probably a year, and use it on faith that it's at least helping me maintain my weight. I can't say it's actually help me lose any. I most times don't bother swallowing the pill, I pop it in my mouth to get the liquid then dispose of the capsule. I think the flavor is pleasant. I'm 20 years old male, 197 lbs, and a strength athlete training for my next powerlifting comp meet. This review is purely from personal experience, although I did gain some info online about this product. If you're looking for a "magic skinny pill" then this product isn't for you. This supplement is not suppose to replace diet, discipline, and exercise. When I started taking this product, I was on a 500 calorie deficit diet and strength focused exercise. I tried first week with this product without cutting calories and just ate my "maintenance" amount of food. To no surprise, I didn't lose much weight that week. Only a half pound difference (I take my weight everyday first thing in the morning after using the restroom then average out the numbers of the past week) which isn't a statistical significance. The weeks after I tried this product with 500 calorie deficit and same training routine. Spoilers, I didn't suddenly start losing 5 lbs per week. BUT, I did noticed that I had no weekly weight fluctuations and a steady weight loss of 1 to 2 lb(s) per week, which was what I was shooting for. So far I feel like this product keeps me from hitting a plateau. In conclusion, this product by itself won't burn off any of your fat. It won't let you eat however you want and still lose weight. BUT, I do believe that this product helps provide your body with the right ENVIRONMENT, in order to more efficiently use your fat reserves. Simply put, take this and your body will burn fat better. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants that extra edge when trying to lose weight, whether it may be for a competition, general health, or just want to get that beach bod faster. ... show more

Taste- Same as other pills, great, no issues, better than any other CLA I have taken. For a softgel, it avoided any weird taste or feel. Ease of consumption- Slightly big pill but the serving is 1 pill so it is no problem. I would always assume an isolated CLA supplement would be a large pill. Efficacy- Definitely did the job, supporting weight loss, particularly in conjunction with a lifting plan. When I have ramped up the cardio, the lower abdominal fat loss is certainly noticeable. I didn’t take this product. to lose weight, just to get some added muscle increases on a bulking cycle. I did notice larger increases than without it, and would definitely recommend adding it to a supplement regimen if you want to get the most out of your lifting. I also noticed a slight improvement in my complexion, which is obviously also a great added benefit. I tried increasing the daily serving size and got some better results with that, so don’t be afraid to play around a bit and see what works best for you. Just bear in mind that increasing the amount of your daily intake is going to deplete your supply much quicker and impact your wallet. I definitely plan on using this next time I try to lose weight. It’s a much better alternative than typical caffeine or stimulant-based fat burners. It’s also Non-GMO which provides a little bit of extra peace of mind, especially in an unregulated supplement industry. I bought these pills thinking they would help me feel better and be an added bonus to my workouts! It has proven to be so much more than I expected. They have 80% conjugated linoleic acid from safflower oil which helps your fat cells stop expanding.This is not a fat burner that will make your heart race either as it has no stimulation! The most important aspect to me is the fact it is non GMO. There are so many fat burners out there with harmful ingredients, its important to know this one is completely natural and help you feel and look better naturally. I recently purchased this CLA because I was preparing to go to the Dominican Republic for Christmas. I had bulked from January 2017 to November 2017. I started my bulk on November 20 and left for the DR on December 21st. In that period, I started taking the CLA. I went from a fat 160 to a lean 142. This pill was very effective. I particularly liked the non-GMO label as the supplement industry seems to be full of lots of fillers and other GMO ingredients. Also, peace of mind, the product is derivative of Safflower so it is a non-stimulant. I can take this at any time of the day and it won’t affect my sleep! I am a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Personal Trainer. I started taking this product about 3 weeks ago. My current BMI is in the healthy range.
