The appetizer (Vol 1) was great. The main course (Vol 2) was amazing. Desert (Vol 3) left something to be desired. Fun ride, overall, but too short and I personally wasn't satisfied with the ending.

This volume ruined the series. It tries to do too much at one time and ends up accomplishing very little while re-contextualizing relationships and flanderizing every character for the worse and nonsensical. The implied surrogate grandfather/granddaugther duo, Gordon and Arisa, suddenly love each other by the end and have offscreen sex just before getting blown away by the government. Five years later, the implied father/daughter duo Kyle and Myna have their own food truck, the two of them going as far as to dress exactly like Arisa and Gordon and oh my God, I hope this is not foreshadowing. ... show more
