    • Saying it was worth the wait, is an understatement
After waiting 5 years for this to be back in stock anywhere, I finally managed to snag it last year as a Christmas gift to myself. The box is beautiful and came undamaged, every volume was a little warped but managed to fix them. The little booklet of the original Japanese print covers was unexpected and beautiful. I know a lot of people compare this to beserk, while yes the tone, violence, and European inspired fictional society is present. The difference is this focuses more on the claymores and their organization with the rest of the world being in the background. Creating and showing just how the claymores see the world. The artwork is a bit underwhelming but still good, but with new volume Yagi sensei's artstyle improves more and more. It's honestly really cool to see such a artist improve their skills as the story does. ... show more

One of my favorites. Amazing art, character progression, story. Highly recommend this series. The books were in perfect condition but the box set container had a gouge in the corner. Luckily I plan on keeping it and not selling it.

The box set is gorgeous and arrived in brand-new condition. There were no printing issues in any of the books and I am absolutely delighted with this purchase. Would strongly recommend to anyone who is a fan of Yagi's work and wants to read the physical manga.

This is more than I could hope for. There are a few minor dents on some of the edges of the box but it's not a deal breaker for me. The books themelves are all in perfect condition. My favorite manga of all time.
