Maybe it's just me but I don't understand why this thing was over $20. My daughter(6) loves to draw/color so I gave it to her for Christmas. It's literally just a light weight light up board that comes with 6 little markers to color on it. It doesn't hold her attention more than 5 mins and I think the fact that it stands up makes it more awkward for her to use. Yes she can lay it down, but she doesn't. She complains there aren't enough colors either. I hope to show her more features so she'll use it more but I just struggle with the price for value on this one and now I feel like I need to go see if you can buy more colors. I also wonder how long it will take to break since the 2 plastic window panes are just held on each side by plastic. The top is open to remove the black cardboard piece so that you can insert your own pages too. It literally looks like an ant farm so I worry if she drops it just so, will the drawing panes shatter?! But alas, she's only had it a week and I can't yet speak to durability. It just feels flimsy and I think it should have been $10-$15 max!!

My son has vision issues and is special needs we use this to help him learn the alphabet on. I got it in hopes to teach him how to write but with the black background it's hard for him to see. Wish it came with a white background aswell, but I just put a piece of printer paper in the slot to help with that. I like that it comes with neon colored markers, would be better if it came with some sort of eraser though. Overall it's a good product for kids who just like to draw or write. The different light settings are neat.

My son (7) loves art and has been wanting one of these for at least a year. We finally got him one for Christmas and it is so fun!! My only complaint is that the markers are not dry erase. You have to wash the window every time you make a mistake or want to start over. This is annoying as it's not always feasible to have a wet rag laying on a table for unknown amounts of time, plus if the window isnt completely dry the markers don't work well.

We got this for our neice for Christmas. She loves crafts and was excited about the idea of creating her own sign for her bedroom (that lights up! Big points for Uncle and Aunt!). The only negative I noticed is it isn't the easiest thing for her to clean by herself. She is 6 years old but super independent and so I'm sure she'll figure it out but it did frustrate her at first.

I was unsure about purchasing this after reading some reviews but I am glad I did. I purchased this as a Christmas gift and after all the gifts were opened this was the gift he choose to play with. The adults were attracted and were using it too. You just need to follow the directions and clean it properly. We used a wet and then dry towel. My nephew is 7.

I have to say this board is really cool it really glows nicely when you write on it but I wasn’t happy with how it looks when you try to clean it off it takes a lot of tries to get it to look not all smeared up. I mean it cleans off, but it takes a lot of effort to make it not look like it’s got a film of residue on it.

This thing is fun to color on and my daughter loves it. Just wish it was a bit easier to clean. Like maybe if it was dry erase instead or something. I feel like the marker smears around quit a bit and you have to make a few passes with a fresh towel to get it streak free again.

This is a neat toy and I really don’t have a complaint with exception to the cleaning of it. They need an eraser or dry eraser for this. It doesn’t come with one. It says dry paper towel or damp paper towel. Go with damp and get ready to do a lot of it. If it had an eraser it would make life a lot easier. Other than that, it’s pretty cool for kids.
