Very sturdy, my husband like it and it works with the Craftsman rolling toolbox set. Just make sure you match it with the correct toolbox set. There are at least two sets of rolling toolboxes by craftsman. So always look at the pictures and details for which accessories go with the set you want. I bought one that went to another set but my hubby loves it anyways and says he'll just carry is separately. We are living in a small apartment for now so this really works for him. I bought this to literally top off my VersaStak set. I wanted drawers that could hold my most used screwdrivers and wrenches--still deciding exactly what will go in there. So far, they work great. The outer shell is solid. I have no concerns about the durability of the case. The drawers have a smooth glide, a dependable latch, and decent depth. They also remove as easily as a desk drawer, if you want to take them out completely for customization. They have removable parallel and perpendicular slats that give you options for dividing up the drawer space. Overall, I am pleased. I am waiting to see how well the drawers hold up. The plastic on the bottom is thin. Should be fine, but I wish it was a little sturdier. The case is also pretty bulky, relative to the storage space in the drawers. I suppose that's the tradeoff of using plastic VS metal--more material has to be used for structure, so you sacrifice cubic space. It's not a bad price, but I would be a lot more excited about it if I could have found a sale. I have compared a lot of these stackable systems--probably every major brand available. This one seems to be the best bang for your buck. If you're a more serious contractor, consider Craftsman's next level up from this set. Like I said, I've compared them all and seen them all in-person. In my opinion, Craftsman is the best value, and also pretty dang sturdy and customizable. Harbor Freight has a good set, but they don't have a segment with drawers, and the price overall isn't that far off. ... show more

These are not Packout or similar quality. For the price though, these cannot be beat. The drawers are a bit shallow but with the low price you can add more as needed. Compatibility with the tstak system is useful.

I have a few Craftsmen and DeWalt boxes that slide out or open from the top. These drawers are by far the most versatile, with decent slide and lock mechanism. The low profile design keeps the portability high and also lends itself to flat or smaller tools. Because you do need to be a bit more intentional (can’t just throw a drill in there) it also has high utility due to the intentional way in which it forces organization. ... show more
