Things I liked: Ample room for my tools and sturdy wheels that took the terrain well. The little snap bins at the top were great for things like glasses, keys and writing utensils, which always seem to get lost in bigger compartments. Things I didn't like: The top lid doesn't open all the way, so you have to hold it while you're getting into the bin. That means you're looking for your tools one handed. If you want to get into the lower bins, you have to disassemble the other parts. That's probably obvious from the images, but I didn't realize until I owned it that it would be cumbersome. The real deal breaker was when it failed as it's job as a "cart". I don't have a ton of tools and most of them are art supplies/ wood items so when the handle broke off in month 3 from the "weight" I was pretty disappointed. You can see the where the little nub broke off in my image. Still waiting to hear whether Craftsman will honor the warranty. All in all I would skip this one. The CRAFTSMAN 19-in. 3-in-1 Rolling Tool Box is a great organizer with plenty of storage options and smooth rolling wheels that make transporting tools much easier. I appreciate the versatility of the 3-in-1 design—it works well whether I’m using it as a toolbox, rolling cart, or organizer. My only drawback is that some of the plastic parts feel a bit flimsy and not as sturdy as I expected. While it hasn’t caused any issues so far, I’m a little concerned about long-term durability under heavy use. That said, for the price and convenience, it’s a solid tool box that gets the job done. I’d recommend it for light to moderate use but would suggest handling it with a bit of care. ... show more

For the price you should be wary. The materials used are entirely plastic or thin metal. Will not hold up to any kind of heavy usage or rolling over uneven surfaces. The wheels are plastic with a single plastic cap keeping them on. This cap has no threads or anything, just a cap that was jammed on to keep the wheel from moving. Without the cap, the wheels will slide completely off as nothing is keeping them on. I was able to keep the wheels on with some vice grips until I could go to the store and buy some threaded rod + nuts + tires to make it right. The latches on the top box bend very easily and and can become deformed and hard to latch. Same goes for the side latches. The toolboxes are not bad. They are a good enough size to even carry bigger hand tools like grinders, impacts, or drills. This would probably be an ok purchase if you just want something to wheel around a clean garage or shop to save yourself some trips. If you intend on taking this to a shop or parking lot with cracks holes, or uneven ground, the tires will not last. Same goes for stairs. So either plan on getting new tires, or skip purchasing if this is your situation. I cant really rate this lower as the price is extremely low for a portable tool case. But don't be thrown off by the craftsman name, this is no better made than any other cheaper brand. Just consider what you will use it for before purchasing. ... show more
