After reading many reviews, I decided to order this Craftsman Toolbox on Wheels. I was excited to receive it, but disappointed when it arrived. It was in a sizable brown Amazon box, not packaged in a Craftsman box, and looked like it was a returned item (not new), with a few scratches, dingy, and one of the locks was bent. With that said, I decided to go ahead and fill it with my cleaning supplies (I own a cleaning business) and give it a test run around my home! It seems to be sturdy for my needs, but I wouldn't put heavy tools, etc. in it. The (2) plastic boxes are a bit flimsy, but will suit my needs for putting cleaning supplies, towels and small utensils inside. With all this said, I think I'm going to like the tool box, because I am able to put all my supplies inside the (2) lockable boxes, where as before, I was hauling (4) different items, making at least (3) trips back and forth to my car. Where as, I will be making (1) trip. Hooray!! The extra tray and lidded box inside, is a plus, and I also like that it's waterproof inside and out. Style: 3-in-1 Rolling Tool Box
Craftman's quality has succumbed to their desire to rely on their reputation while sacrificing quality-IMO. Rather then using steel side locks they are made of cheap bendable latches - that's right, BENDABLE! Need I say more? ---Sadly I can. The design renders this completely annoying: if you need to gain any access to lower storage box you have to separate all parts. Where is the convenience? Gratefully I'm an aged boomer and rarely need to use my many tools from when I had a large home. In my apartment I mostly need my tools organized on wheels-- so I'll keep this dissappointing mediocre effort from a once excellent manufacturer. Sign of the times! ... show more
