- STIMULATE FERMENTATION - Our Craft A Brew Yeast Energizer is a nutrient booster that is used to stimulate or restart stalled fermentation. This product is primarily used in fermentations where your yeast will face high gravity environments.
- HOW IT WORKS - Our Yeast Energizer is a blend of Diammonium phosphate (DAP), yeast hulls, magnesium sulfate and vitamin B complex. Unlike a Yeast Nutrient that provides nitrogen and ammonium phosphate to the yeast, Yeast Energizer helps jumpstart a stuck fermentation.
- HOW TO USE - Add 1/2 teaspoon of the Yeast Energizer per gallon and aerate to jumpstart a stuck or sluggish fermentation. This product is most effective when added 24+ hours after pitching yeast.
- BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS - Our Craft A Brew Yeast Energizer is added at least 24 hours after pitching yeast. If your yeast will face high gravity environments, this product is ideal to help stimulate a potentially stalled fermentation.

So I had a stuck fermentation, the first one ever (so far). Read on a homebrew forum that one guy used this during the mash. I've brewed 4 batches with this added (1 tsp per 5 gallons) and my fermentations have been vigorous and I've met or exceed my FG levels every time. I added the yeast energizer directly to the fermenter and then aerated it. The fermentation has been going strong since then.

I use this for meads primarily and it definitely helps keep fermentation going smoothly. I’ll likely look for a better deal elsewhere though.

This yeast nutrient is nice in the sense that it is organic. It also does work well, but it is extremely tough to dissolve or mix into liquid. The feeding schedule is also kind of a pain!

Flavor: Go-Ferm
I used to make winer commercially and currently make home ciders. In order to best use this product, start with nonclorinated water and heat to 110%, mis Go-Ferm in and stir until the temp drops to the range of 95deg F - 105deg F. Then add your dried yeast and stir. Let it drop to within 5 deg of your cider/wine juice. Then add to juice.

Made wine with this and couldn't tell difference between it and bread yeast would not but again
