This kit comes with corn, corm sugar, yeast, amalyse, and yeast nutrient. To get the original specific gravity, you will need to add additional sugar. I added 4 pounds to get close to the S.G. that the said would be obtained. I divided the mash into 2 batches. I used the yeast that came with the kit for one and a whiskey yeast for the other. The batch with the whiskey yeast had a smoother and better taste.
