Description

The CPS Leather Adjustable Artist Concert Piano Bench is 23" long and 16" deep. It weighs about 34 pounds. Its height can be adjusted from 18" to 21". The concert piano bench is made of solid hard wood with heavy duty mechanism (silent micro adjustment). The cushioned top is covered with 100% premium genuine leather. The leather we use on our bench is the top quality leather you can find. It's thick and soft. Each one is hand picked by our designers to ensure the quality of the leather you expect. The seat has a deep diamond tufted seat with 13 buttons for extra comfort. There is a storage compartment under the seat. It also has solid skirt that covers the lifting mechanism. When the bench is adjusted to its maximum height, you do not see any gap or the lifting mechanisms. Quick and easy assembly, you just attach the legs with the wrench provided. Available in ebony (black) color with high gloss finish. This product carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Great bench for my kids. There were mix reviews before I bought this. When I got the bench, the packaging was perfect. The bench is wrap and protected nicely inside the box. The legs are short enough so they were store inside the bench compartment, individually wrapped and packed nicely inside a box. The set comes in perfect condition. 5 min to assemble the legs, and they are solid and ready for use. I also purchase the pedal extension from this company. Happy with that as well. Customer service is super responsive with questions and make sure everything is working before hanging up. Will definitely recommend them to our friends. ... show more

Arrived on time and I just assembled it. The bench is very solid, looks great, and is very easy to put together. No creaking so far. I'm very happy with how high the bench can be adjusted. Now my son can reach the keys! Some slight critiques: * Yes, it does take a lot of turns to adjust the height, but I won't be doing this very often, so it doesn't bother me. * The storage compartment is unexpectedly shallow. * The fabric lining the storage compartment was unfortunately quite scuffed up because the legs are stored in there during shipping and I guess they were sliding around . But since the damage is hidden away, I can live with it. * The cushion seems a bit firm. Perhaps it'll soften over time? ... show more

I have been wanting an Artist Concert Piano Bench for years, and finally took the plunge. I'm glad I found this one--it is affordable, and is every bit as nice as the ones I've tried that cost 3 times as much. It was not hard to put on the legs, and the bench was ready to go. However, after having used this bench for a good while, the only complaint that I have is that it creaks. I'm sure that if I were more handy I'd figure out where to oil it to rid it of the creaking sounds when one shifts weight on the bench when playing, just be aware that it might be an issue. This is the only reason I've changed my review from 5 stars to 4 stars. ... show more

As a piano teacher, I was wary of buying musical equipment online without trying it out first. I was pleasantly surprised when this bench arrived. It is excellent quality, very sturdy, comfortable, and a beautiful piece of furniture to add to my music room. It adjusts to fit my littlest students as well as large adults. DO NOT BUY THIS $300 PIANO BENCH. It is not worth the money. Despite tightening every screw on the bench, it squeaks loudly on when the slightest shifting of your weight. And while it looks padded, it is not. In fact, it's less comfortable than the standard bench sure to the upholstery rivets that dig into you. Especially avoid if you're looking to practice for any extended period of time. Your back will scream after practice sessions on the longer side. I could work with a pad to compensate for that, but the squeaking is TERRIBLE and will ruin your piano playing experience. I can't imagine playing for friends and family with this bench. It would become a Monty Python sketch. ... show more
