The description says this is a firm pillow but it isn't as firm as I would have liked. It's a bit too soft and I have to punch it up on the sides to give it some volume. I don't use both at the same time because then my head is raised too high. It is comfortable enough, so I will be keeping them.

Hi, I sleep propped up a bit, finally had it with my old lumpy pillows. Found these as I looked at all the pillow products and hoped they'd be better that what I had become uncomfortably used to. I had three straight nights with zero sleep when they were delivered on the third day. I had also purchased pretty darn nice, rich smooth fabric pillow covers and put two on each pillow after laundering to use instead of pillowcases because pillowcases always bunch up and never seem to fit correctly. So, one of these pillows covered in material much like these wonderful pillows twice gave me one of the nicest, most luxurious and comfortable night's sleep, finally after three days. I highly recommend them. I don't find them too soft, but we all have our own comfort levels. I used them both propped up and this morning there was no dent from where my head had laid. I am now ordering all of the above again. One of the best purchases I ever made on Amazon. I'm almost 75 so I will use the other two (1) to sit on (I'm thin and was blessed with noassitall) and I know it will be 100% more comfortable for me. (2) when I lay down to rest my feet and legs. It was a nice and grateful surprise that these pillows are exactly what I needed. Regards.

Have to smash pillow every night, had hoped it would flatten out a little after 2 months but it has not. I do like the coolness. So thinking i might cut open and remove some stuffing on next rainy day.

This pillow is the most comfortable, most affordable, and best quality pillow for people with allergies. The pillow is cotton filled, as opposed to down filled, and the outside cover is made out of cotton. The pillow fluffs up, like a down filled pillow does; however, this pillow is made out of vegan products and contains no GMOs. There is no need to put this product outside for fear of harmful out-gassing.
