We purchased 4 chairs for our new kitchen. These chairs look good but are not comfortable at all! Our backs hurt after sitting in these for a few minutes. 2 of the chair seats have broken and are now lopsided when you sit on them. We are highly disappointed in the quality of these chairs.

It was easy to assemble however one of four chairs came with a broken part (see in the picture). I hope the seller will send me another part that I can change it. Generally looks very nice and contemporary. The quality of faux leather is 3 out of 5.

    • Great customer service.
Bought 4 chairs and one broke a week after, contact customer service and they sent me new one right away. The other 3 are perfect so I’m thinking that broken one was just a bad one. Nothing is perfect in life but when you willing to own up and fix the problem right away it’s a positive in my book.
