This has gotta be the BEST honey I've ever had, but the lid can be problematic; quite loose and falls off easily. I store whatever I'm going to eat in a Mason jar (Ball, etc.) and leave the rest in the container tied down with a couple rubber bands. And really, that's the only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars. First time I bought Cox's smaller size (I forget how much), and it ran out in 2 weeks! So, I bought 2 pounds of the stuff just to make sure it lasts a little longer, lol. Overall, the texture is buttery smooth and decadently creamy, though not so much that it's overpowering. I put a spoonful of this in my protein drinks, coffee, and tea (be sure it's not too hot! Otherwise it'll kill off the essential nutrients!), but it's also wonderful for curing the occasional sweet tooth. I've found that if I eat some in the morning it gives me sustained energy, and if I eat it at night it helps me fall asleep. Very interesting. Honey is truly the nectar of the gods! And this particular brand brings out the best of it! Will be buying more, perhaps even the 5lb container, haha! BTW if you let this honey sit out long enough, cream will rise to the top, and OMG is it yummy!
