These boots are pretty with an even prettier design. The length of the heel and leg is a decent size and is slightly taller than midcalf! I havent worn them yet so im not sure how well they will hold up. It does feel like a good material the bulk of the boot is made from. It doesnt have a strong leather smell either. They are true to size i would say slightly bigger but i do have small calves/ankles. Now this part is very important as others have stated they do not have good grip on the bottom at all. The bottom of the boot is like its been sanded down completely leaving it as a super slippery bottom. So if u choose to wear this u will need to get some type of gripper for the bottom. If you like heels that make noise these also have that clacking heel sound. For the price though they are some cute cowgirl boots. And if anything could be fixed it would def be the bottom of the boot. ... show more

I don't like ordering footwear online unless I know the brand. These I couldn't resist as love cowboy boots and miss having a pair. I liked the cutout design so ordered them. They arrived well packaged, with each boot in their own protective sleeve. What surprised me (and like) most: how comfortable they are. Unlike traditional cowboy boots, these slipped on easily and are not narrow in the toe area. I usually size up bc I have wide feet and high step/arch. This would not have been necessary with these. These are comfortable enough to wear with or without socks. They have a nice solid heel that isn't high so can wear if will be doing some walking (or dancing!). The cutout and stitching design are a nice touch. I will definitely get some good wear out of these throughout the year. ... show more
