This is a popular product for a reason and I won't be telling you anything new if you already saw someone review this. I am usually very worried about purchasing makeup on Amazon but my local drug stores don't seem to carry this line and I was really curious to try it so I took a chance. The product arrived fully sealed and is in good condition so I was very pleased by this. I managed to choose a good color match just based on the photos in the listing. I was looking for a more full coverage foundation for my aging skin. I have dry skin with oily t-zone so I have large pores in that area and a lot of foundations settle into pores and dry spots. This looks really nice on my skin even when I do have a few dry spots, and it works well with primer. I am very pleased to have an option when I do want full coverage foundation for an event or special occasion. I would probably exfoliate and super hydrate as part of the preparation to get the best look, of course. I am surprised by the longevity of this product, it has a satin-like finish rather than a full matte. I prefer a satin finish to either a matte finish or a glowy finish, so I was very happy. I am really fair and they have a lot of fair toned color options which you don't see a lot these days especially in a drugstore line. I recently found out the makeup I’ve been using for the past 12 years is no longer making it. So I’ve been on a hunt, I tried a compact powder by the same company same color etc and it was terrible. During this time I found how wrinkly powder makes me look. Immediately I went looking for a liquid foundation. I stumbled on this brand, I tried the light ivory (l20) and looked like a ghost, quite pale. Amazon refunded me immediately. Not wanting to give up I followed their chart and went with the shades darker, perfect. The l30 worked perfectly. The makeup covers okay but is buildable. My review is based off of color match and not really how it will affect your skin as I’ve only played around with this and haven’t worn it consistently. ... show more

I am a sephora VIB. I like expensive makeup, and I have tried nearly everything. But this is superb and belongs amongst the best. I had broken out in huge pimples, coupled with some tiny pimples on my forehead. My skin was oozing oil, and was rough. None of my other expensive and some other drug store makeup were able to hide this. People always admire my usually smooth skin and so I was afraid of looking so rough. I bought this because it was cheap, it was at night and I was bored and it looked close to my skintone........ Well, thank goodness for idle online shopping, because not only was it a near exact match for my skin, it made my skin look super smooth, and lasted en entire 13 hour work shift.
