This is my favorite liner normally so naturally I want white so I buy it in this! WRONG. It isn’t white white. It doesn’t go in smooth, breaks everytime you try to put it on, is totally sheer. I tried it without anything, with eyeshadow, with just primer, shoot, I tried it on my hand. It broke everytime and it can’t make a straight line because of that issue.
