Finally found something that works! After trying about 3 other so called smudge and waterproof eyeliners I decided to give this one a try. Man it goes on really well, doesn’t glop, I got a little on my lashes but it wasn’t a big deal. This stayed on all day. I did use a primer. My only reason for buying this is I wanted a little oomph on the days I don’t wear shadow. This washed off with no problem. The design of the brush makes it easy to apply and prevents me from having uneven lines, smudging or clumping when applied. I have made the switch to liquid since trying this one. It's easy to apply, dries quick, lasts all day and still comes off with little effort when using eye makeup remover. It glides on easily especially on the water line. Holding it at a slant helps glide on very smoothly. Would buy again! Smudge resistant and lasts all day until you remove it. Love it!
