I recently tried the Covergirl Lash Blast Fusion Mascara in Very Black, and my experience was somewhat mixed. While there were some positives, I also noticed a few drawbacks. On the positive side, the mascara did a decent job adding volume and length to my lashes. The Black shade provided an excellent, bold color that made my lashes stand out. The brush applicator was easy to use and helped to separate and define my lashes without clumping. I also appreciated that the formula didn't smudge or flake throughout the day, which is always a plus. However, I did notice that the mascara provided less dramatic volume or length than some other mascaras I've tried. While it slightly enhanced my lashes, it didn't quite meet my expectations for a 'wow' factor. Overall, the Covergirl Lash Blast Fusion Mascara in Very Black is a decent option for everyday wear. I'm almost 40 and I have used the Green & Pink Maybelline Great lash mascara since I was 15yrs old. About 6 months ago I switched to the Covergirl Lash Blast Fusion mascara after a friend of mine raved about it. I am SOLD! I use it 5-7 days per week and it's FANTASTIC! It never runs and significantly less sticky/thick than typical mascaras. I have been looking for a good mascara for years, the best one I’d found so far was soap and glory but I wanted something else and this stuff is perfect! It’s exactly what I needed. I ordered two each of black/brown and brown. Colors are perfect but they are not waterproof which is what I ordered. I won’t send back but won’t order again and I don’t recommend. I’m very disappointed. It’s not a good thing to pay for something you don’t get!
