When I first tried this lipstick, I fell in love with the petal pink. But when I went to touch up my makeup, what I saw was something entirely different -- this lipstick is also a lip stain! I love it! It's a deep pink. You can just go the rest of the day with gloss, or apply lipstick again for a more youthful look. I buy these in a bundle - purse, bathroom, desk -- this way I'll always have a tube nearby. Get one! You'll love it!

I was expecting a neutral matte lipstick. It's actually darker with a shimmer (take note of the 3rd row of pics featured by the seller) and I absolutely LOVE IT! So much better than the first couple pics and is my new fave over Katy Perry's Catoure which I also love but Catoure needs several back and forth strokes for good pigmentation, frequent reapplications and while its also a great product, this Coffee Crave just needs a swipe top and bottom and bam, you're done for a good long while. It looks spectacular. The sparkly shimmer was an unexpected bonus and very flattering on me. As I'm nearing 50, I'm starting to note difficulties with product gathering into lip lines. This product does just a little bit but overall stays in place (including no transfer to my teeth!) which is noteworthy since it's a very moisturizing product and I would have expected it to bleed significantly. With many lipsticks costing $8 and $9 or even more in stores, this one at $5.79 is fairly priced and I see many other colors even cheaper in the $3 and $4 range. Assuming they all have similar properties as this Coffee Crave in pigmentation, moisturization and length of wear, this is a bargain product. UPDATE: I purchased the "Succulent Cherry" too in hopes for a similar success to Coffee Crave. Yeah, not a fan. It's a bit neon against my skin tone and requires heavy application for a good, even pigmentation. That being said, however, if you have a cool, pale skin, this would pop nicely on you. Love it. Probably going to buy out what the seller has left just in case this has been discontinued and look to see if there are any other colors I might like to try.

Rambling thoughts about this lipstick: Know that it's not super pigmented, I'd need a liquid lipstick for that I'm sure. It was nice to go with an autumn outfit. I'll use it again. It's creamy. Doesn't get gross too quick. It will come off like a typical drug store, classic lipstick. It's exactly what it's advertised as. It looks good on and does have a shine.

It's not what I expected. It's very moisturizing, which is a great change, since I prefer matte lipsticks and liquid lips. It's also flattering on my skintone which is medium (I'm 290/300 in Fenty Foundation). I lip the actual point, without a liner, I have a hard time lining my lips, this one makes it really easy. The smell is also very pleasant - I just can't place what it is. However, it takes a little building up. It's not my first moisturizing lippie, I have 5 others of different brands in my collection, so I know what to expect in coverage. It took about 2-3 coats. Another thing that the picture doesn't show is that it has a pink hue to it, which I wasn't expecting with this particular shade of red. It's not something I like, but it can be manipulated to be more red. On my lippie, my red came with smudges of the stick, which could have resulted because it was a little melted at the base. I personally believe most of these smudges came from it rubbing against the case when rolled up and down. If this is the case then it's a defective case, and people should be careful because it could result in it breaking. ******* Update I had earlier rated this higher, but after a few uses I began to notice a smell (not the usual smell that tube lipsticks get when you use them down). It was weird, like it was possibly about to turn - like play-dough but not, I don't know, I can't really explain it. So I compared it to both older and new lippies that are in my collection and it smelled nothing like the new lippies (which either had no smell, a floral smell, or sweet candy smell). So I decided to cut a quarter of it off, and test it then. The tip smelled, but the remaining had kinda stronger smell. I've not tried one of these before, so I'm not sure if that's the normal smell or if they were on that verge of turning. Regardless, I decided to just toss mine. I'm sure it was probably okay, but I'm cautious with anything that sits on or near my face. Everything else I said earlier still stands. It's pretty amd comfortable. I just was uncomfortable with the scent, especially as I cut the tip off and the scent was still there.

I've been wearing this color lipstick for a long time. I get so many compliments on the shade. Unfortunately, not the last order but the order before that, the lipstick kept breaking down at the quick which then it rendered it useless. I hope these newer one will not do the same thing.
